Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the delivery method chosen at checkout. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
Simply click on the “My Account” or “Sign Up” button at the top of our website and fill in your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is created.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact our customer support as soon as possible. You can also update your default address anytime by logging into your account.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your package in real time.
No. For your security, we do not store any payment information. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. The total amount, including any applicable tax, will be displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to U.K. Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout based on your destination.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, if your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item to receive authorization.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send the right product immediately.
If your order was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
